EVENTS

Throughout the year, we run several different events which provide a chance to visit Trelay and learn about our way of life. Please contact us if you are interested in being sent further information about any of the below opportunities. You can also download additional information at the bottom of this page.

Interest Weekend

Our joining process includes potential members attending an Interest Weekend. These events are designed so we can meet you and you can meet us; for us to give you information and answer any questions; and so you can experience the place and community, working, eating and being alongside each other. Our dedicated introductions, with planned information presented to several people at once, are a great way to get a clear picture of community life and how things work.

Next dates - Friday 24th May to Monday 27th May 2024. Please read the below PDF for further into and then contact us via email if you would like to book!

Experience Weeks

A chance to experience living at Trelay including helping with tasks in the vegetable garden and polytunnel, or on maintenance projects around the site. We also love to have help preparing and eating communal meals! There will be the opportunity to explore the farm and visit the beach, as well as time to chat about co-housing and communal living.

Next dates - TBC .For further info, please read the below PDF and then contact us via email if you would like to book!

Open Door Zoom Meetings

Want to find out more about life at Trelay? Or perhaps you are setting up  your own community and have questions you would like to ask us. These open door online meetings take place via Zoom and from the comfort of your own home. There will be 3 or 4 Trelay residents hosting the meeting and they will tell you a bit about what life is like here before taking questions. You can email us to find out the next date, or check out our facebook page. Zoom links are sent out shortly before the meeting starts.

Volunteering

We welcome regular volunteers who would like to work alongside us in our vegetable garden and polytunnel. You don't need to be green fingered, just willing to get stuck in and have fun! There is also the option to help with general farm maintenance and bigger building projects. Dates arranged as necessary.
